We are seeking a friendly, confident, and professional Receptionist to join our busy office in Hale Village. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves Front of House work, enjoys engaging with people and takes pride in being the first point of contact for visitors and callers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome visitors and ensure a professional and positive first impression
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls efficiently
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Maintain reception area to a high standard
- Provide general administrative support to the office as required
- Act as a strong ambassador for the company, representing our values at all times
