What you'll do
Act as a first point of contact for landlords via phone, email, live chat, video calls and online forums
Provide clear, accurate and solution-focused guidance on property and tenancy-related queries
Support landlords with questions around property management, tenancy processes and legislation within the private rental sector
Understand the landlord's situation, ask the right questions and identify appropriate solutions
Signpost landlords to relevant resources, third-party services and training where appropriate
Accurately record and maintain customer interactions and information
Work towards agreed KPIs, including response times and customer satisfaction
Build positive relationships with landlords and provide a consistently high level of service

We're looking for an experienced Sales Advisor to join a growing sales team, with a specific focus on outbound sales of training courses.
This is a proactive, target-driven sales role where you'll identify potential customers, make outbound calls, understand their training requirements and convert opportunities into course bookings.
The Role
Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective customers
Identify opportunities to promote and sell training courses
Speak with customers and businesses to understand their training requirements

This is a varied and trusted role, combining diary management and personal assistance with financial administration, property management and coordination with external professional advisers.
The successful candidate will be commercially aware, financially confident and comfortable managing confidential information and multiple priorities with a high level of discretion.
Key Responsibilities
Personal Assistance
Manage diaries, appointments, meetings and travel arrangements
