We’re looking for an organised and approachable Office Administrator to join a busy facilities management office based in Old Trafford. This role plays a key part in keeping the day-to-day office running smoothly and supporting the wider team.
Key responsibilities:
- Acting as the first point of contact for incoming calls and emails
- Managing inboxes and responding to queries in a timely manner
- Providing general administrative support across the office
- Data entry and maintaining accurate records on internal systems
- Supporting the team with ad hoc admin tasks as required
- Helping maintain an organised and professional office environment
About you:
- Previous experience in an office admin or support role
- Confident and friendly phone manner
- Comfortable using Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook
- Well organised with good attention to detail
- Reliable proactive and happy to support the wider team
Working hours:
Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm / 9am to 5pm - office based
Salary:
£25,000–£26,000 per annum
