Description

We’re looking for an organised and approachable Office Administrator to join a busy facilities management office based in Old Trafford. This role plays a key part in keeping the day-to-day office running smoothly and supporting the wider team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for incoming calls and emails
  • Managing inboxes and responding to queries in a timely manner
  • Providing general administrative support across the office
  • Data entry and maintaining accurate records on internal systems
  • Supporting the team with ad hoc admin tasks as required
  • Helping maintain an organised and professional office environment

About you:

  • Previous experience in an office admin or support role
  • Confident and friendly phone manner
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook
  • Well organised with good attention to detail
  • Reliable proactive and happy to support the wider team

Working hours:
Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm / 9am to 5pm - office based

Salary:
£25,000–£26,000 per annum
