Are you ready to take the next step in your finance career? Our client, a dynamic and well-established interior design company, is looking for a full-time Accounts/Finance Assistant to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage supplier and customer invoices accurately, from receipt through to payment
• Maintain financial records and efficiently handle payments and receipts
• Monitor and update accounting systems to ensure complete data accuracy
• Proactively chase outstanding payments and liaise with customers to resolve issues, supporting healthy cash flow
• Prepare and submit accurate financial reports in line with company policies and regulations
• Assist the Financial Controller with budgeting, forecasting, and audits
• Support ad-hoc finance projects to help improve processes and reporting
