This organisation is dedicated to helping landlords navigate the ever-evolving complexities of the rental market. As part of their team, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real difference by providing invaluable guidance, legal advice, and advocacy services that ensure landlords remain compliant with current regulations and adopt best practices.

We are seeking a knowledgeable and dedicated Property Manager / Property Advisor who can effectively support landlords by offering expert advice on a wide range of tenancy-related matters. This role requires someone who can serve as the first point of contact, handling inbound queries primarily through phone, but also through email and live chat. You will be tasked with delivering accurate, well-informed advice on topics such as Section 21 notices, Section 8 notices, Tenancy Deposit Schemes, and more. Your role will be crucial in helping landlords resolve issues, stay compliant with legal requirements, and feel supported throughout their property management journey.

As a Property Manager / Property Advisor, you’ll play a key role in maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring they receive timely and professional responses to their queries, thereby fostering a high level of satisfaction and trust.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for landlords, addressing their concerns and offering practical solutions over the phone, email, and live chat.
  • Provide expert guidance on a variety of property management issues, including but not limited to Section 21 notices, Section 8 notices, Tenancy Deposit Schemes, and legal compliance.
  • Ensure all queries are handled promptly, offering detailed and well-informed advice to help landlords resolve their issues efficiently.
  • Direct landlords to additional resources or third-party services where necessary, helping them to access further support as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and departments, ensuring that all client concerns are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
  • Keep up to date with changes in property legislation and rental market trends to ensure the advice given is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Provide proactive advice to prevent potential issues from escalating and help landlords to adopt best practices in property management.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of property management, landlord responsibilities, and tenancy laws.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Customer-focused with a proactive approach to solving problems.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of queries while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in the property industry or a similar advisory role is highly desirable.

What We Offer:This role is predominantly remote, with flexibility to work from home 4 days a week and 1 day a week in the office. This balance provides the best of both worlds—flexibility and a supportive office environment.

Salary: £26,391 per annum, with opportunities for growth and further development within the organisation.
