Are you a compassionate and organised individual with a passion for patient care? We’re looking for a Patient Advisor to support both donors and recipients throughout their journey, ensuring they receive the best possible experience.
Responsibilities
Acting as a key point of contact for both donors and recipients, answering questions, explaining processes, and ensuring they feel comfortable and informed.
Scheduling and coordinating appointments, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Maintaining and updating databases while handling sensitive information securely.
Collaborating with different departments to provide seamless support and care.
Managing paperwork, processing prescriptions, and keeping records accurate.

Salary: £25,000 per annum
Hours: Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours per week (rotating shifts between 8am – 6pm)
