Description

We’re looking for an Entry-Level Office Assistant to support our busy team. You’ll assist with general office tasks to help the office run smoothly.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering calls and emails professionally
  • Filing, scanning, and managing documents
  • Supporting team members with day-to-day admin
  • Booking meetings and managing calendars
  • Assisting with ad-hoc office tasks as required

What we’re looking for:

  • Organised and reliable
  • Confident communicator
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Able to work in a busy, team-focused environment
