Marketing Manager (4 days Remote)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, user engagement, and growth.
• Work closely with senior leadership to shape compelling campaigns that align with business objectives.
• Manage multi-channel marketing campaigns across paid media, SEO, email, and social media to enhance visibility and engagement.
• Support the innovations team in promoting new features and updates, ensuring they reach the right audience.
• Collaborate with the events team to maximise visibility at key regional and national events.
• Conduct competitor analysis and leverage insights to refine messaging and positioning.
• Create and oversee the production of engaging content for email, social media, and the website.
• Use marketing automation tools to optimise user journeys, boost conversion rates, and drive revenue.
• Work with designers to develop impactful marketing materials and maintain fresh, engaging website content.
• Track and analyse the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, sharing insights to improve future campaigns.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong understanding of core marketing principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience managing email, social media, and paid media campaigns.
• Confidence with marketing automation tools (desirable but not essential).
• Self-motivated, able to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality results.
• A collaborative team player who thrives in a creative environment.
