Description

 We are excited to partner with a respected commercial real estate company to recruit a proactive Junior Administrator to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to kickstart or develop your administrative career within a supportive and professional environment.
 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support, including managing correspondence, scheduling meetings and maintaining filing systems.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations and documents.
  • Handle incoming calls and enquiries, delivering excellent customer service and directing queries to appropriate team members.
  • Maintain and update records and databases, ensuring all information is accurate and organised.

Requirements:

  • A proactive and organised approach to work, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
