Junior Account Manager Fashion / Home Decor / Lighting

We are seeking a proactive and organised Junior Account Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional with experience or interest in lighting, home décor, home accessories, or wider fashion/lifestyle markets. You will gain hands-on experience in client management, product development and sales, working closely with key accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring accurate quotes and supporting sales targets
• Assist in launching new products, helping to drive revenue and expand market reach
• Present and demonstrate products to clients, highlighting features and benefits
• Deliver high-quality service to maintain client satisfaction and ongoing business opportunities
• Review customer feedback to improve service and product offering
• Collaborate with designers to create marketing and promotional materials
• Analyse sales data to identify top-performing products and assess market trends
• Update internal systems with shipment dates and manage delayed stock logistics
• Process showroom sale orders to ensure smooth sales integration
