Inbound Sales Advisor full time 3 day week

A busy emergency call-out service is looking for a motivated Inbound Sales Advisor to join their team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll support customers with plumbing, electrical and gas emergencies by connecting them quickly to trusted contractors.

What you’ll do:

• Handle inbound calls from customers reporting emergency issues.
• Take accurate details of the problem and arrange for a qualified contractor to attend the property.
• Ensure a professional and calm approach when dealing with customers under pressure.

What we’re looking for:

• Friendly, confident, and customer-focused, with strong communication skills.
• Calm under pressure and able to provide excellent service during emergency situations.
• Comfortable working a Thursday to Saturday shift pattern, between 7am and 9pm.

Base Pay: £23,400 base
Bonus: £800 - £1,200 PCM
Working Hours: Thursday - Saturday (36 hours) between 7am and 9pm
