We’re recruiting an experienced FM Coordinator to join a busy facilities management team. This role focuses on the day to day coordination of hard FM contracts, ensuring planned and reactive works are delivered efficiently across multiple sites.
This is a coordination and contract support role rather than a hands-on technical position.
The role:
- Scheduling and managing PPM and reactive maintenance works
- Coordinating in-house engineers and external subcontractors
- Ensuring jobs are booked, attended and closed correctly on CAFM systems
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients, engineers and suppliers
- Handling queries, chasing progress and managing escalations or complaints
- Supporting junior coordinators and helping maintain consistent service standards
- Updating compliance records, job statuses and performance data
- Assisting with SLA, KPI and service delivery reporting
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in an FM Coordinator, Contract Coordinator or similar role
- Strong understanding of hard FM and PPM scheduling
- Confident communicator, comfortable on the phone and via email
- Good IT skills including Microsoft Office and CAFM systems
- Organised, calm under pressure and able to manage multiple priorities
Hours:
Monday to Friday
8am–4pm or 9am–5pm
Salary:
£30,000 - £33,000 per annum
This role would suit someone currently working in FM coordination or helpdesk who’s ready to take on more responsibility in a contract-focused role.
