Description

We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join our busy office team. In this permanent role, you’ll manage customer complaints as part of a wider customer service remit, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and professionally while maintaining high levels of satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound complaints from customers, providing clear, professional and timely communication.
  • Investigate complaints and liaise with internal teams to reach appropriate resolutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of complaints and actions taken, ensuring compliance with company processes.
  • Identify trends and recurring issues to support continuous process improvements.
  • Deliver a high standard of customer service, remaining calm and professional in challenging situations.
  • Support wider customer service activities as required, contributing to team goals and performance.

Person Specification:

  • Friendly, confident and customer-focused approach.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, in an office-based environment.
  • Calm and professional under pressure, particularly when handling challenging complaints.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Location: Stretford | Salary: £26,000 | Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm | Permanent, full-time
