Are you highly organised, quick to pick things up and enjoy keeping a team running like clockwork? This is a great opportunity to join a busy, friendly legal team where your skills will make a real difference every day. You’ll be the backbone of the office, providing secretarial and admin support that keeps everything moving smoothly. No two days will be the same – one minute you’ll be typing up legal documents, the next you’ll be taking client calls or making sure records are perfectly up to date.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Audio typing and producing correspondence, legal documents and reports
  • Organising, filing and maintaining accurate records
  • Taking calls and handling client and third-party enquiries professionally

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience as a Conveyancing Legal Secretary or in a similar Conveyancing capacity 
  • Strong typing skills and great attention to detail
  • Clear, confident communication – both written and verbal
  • The ability to manage your workload and priorities effectively
  • A professional and approachable manner with clients
