As a Customer Resolutions Specialist, you will ensure customers receive the high-quality service. While predominantly focused on complaints, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the company's objectives and maintaining their reputation for outstanding customer service.
 

  • Handle customer calls and emails, addressing queries and resolving issues related to their bookings.
  • Assist team members in addressing customer queries effectively.
  • Investigate booking histories to provide balanced and informed responses.
  • Complete post-sale activities essential for the company's operations.
  • Resolve customer complaints and queries over the phone and via email.
  • Respond to customer feedback and reviews promptly.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
Schedule: Monday to Friday with weekend availability
