We’re looking for a motivated Complaints Advisor to join a busy office-based team on an initial three-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you’ll handle customer complaints, ensuring each case is resolved efficiently and professionally.
What you’ll do:
- Manage inbound complaints from customers, providing clear and professional communication
- Investigate issues and liaise with internal teams to reach resolutions
- Maintain accurate records of complaints and actions taken
- Identify trends and recurring issues to support process improvements
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the complaints process
What we’re looking for:
- Friendly, confident, and customer-focused
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to work Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, in an office-based environment
- Calm and professional when handling challenging situations
Location: Stretford | Salary: £26,000 | Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm | Office-based
