We’re looking for a hands-on, organised and proactive individual to join them as an Office Administrator / Support Assistant. This is a varied and rewarding role that combines admin responsibilities with light production tasks — ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of desk and hands-on work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders and quotes using Sage, ensuring accurate invoicing and data entry
- Manage courier bookings and dispatches to meet delivery deadlines
- Monitor shared inboxes and support general admin, including spreadsheets and workflow tracking
- Perform quality control checks on outgoing orders to ensure accuracy and presentation
- Assist with light production tasks like preparing labels and packing items
- Support the wider team with ad hoc tasks – no job too big or small
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail and pride in doing a job well
- A team player who’s flexible and willing to help out where needed
- Comfortable using software like Sage (or keen to learn), Outlook, and Excel
- Previous experience in a small business or hands-on work environment is a plus
- A positive attitude and a willingness to get involved in all aspects of the role
