Description

We’re recruiting an experienced FM Coordinator to join a busy facilities management team. This role focuses on the day to day coordination of hard FM contracts, ensuring planned and reactive works are delivered efficiently across multiple sites.
This is a coordination and contract support role rather than a hands-on technical position.

The role:

  • Scheduling and managing PPM and reactive maintenance works
  • Coordinating in-house engineers and external subcontractors
  • Ensuring jobs are booked, attended and closed correctly on CAFM systems
  • Acting as a key point of contact for clients, engineers and suppliers
  • Handling queries, chasing progress and managing escalations or complaints
  • Supporting junior coordinators and helping maintain consistent service standards
  • Updating compliance records, job statuses and performance data
  • Assisting with SLA, KPI and service delivery reporting

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in an FM Coordinator, Contract Coordinator or similar role
  • Strong understanding of hard FM and PPM scheduling
  • Confident communicator, comfortable on the phone and via email
  • Good IT skills including Microsoft Office and CAFM systems
  • Organised, calm under pressure and able to manage multiple priorities

Hours:
Monday to Friday
8am–4pm or 9am–5pm

Salary:
£30,000 - £33,000 per annum

This role would suit someone currently working in FM coordination or helpdesk who’s ready to take on more responsibility in a contract-focused role.
