We’re looking for an Entry-Level Office Assistant to support our busy team. You’ll assist with general office tasks to help the office run smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Answering calls and emails professionally
- Filing, scanning, and managing documents
- Supporting team members with day-to-day admin
- Booking meetings and managing calendars
- Assisting with ad-hoc office tasks as required
What we’re looking for:
- Organised and reliable
- Confident communicator
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Able to work in a busy, team-focused environment
