Description

We’re looking for a motivated Complaints Advisor to join a busy office-based team on an initial three-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you’ll handle customer complaints, ensuring each case is resolved efficiently and professionally.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage inbound complaints from customers, providing clear and professional communication
  • Investigate issues and liaise with internal teams to reach resolutions
  • Maintain accurate records of complaints and actions taken
  • Identify trends and recurring issues to support process improvements
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the complaints process

What we’re looking for:

  • Friendly, confident, and customer-focused
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, in an office-based environment
  • Calm and professional when handling challenging situations

Location: Stretford | Salary: £26,000 | Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm | Office-based
