Property Manager Home/Field based

We’re looking for a proactive, detail-driven Property Manager to oversee a growing residential portfolio. This is a home/field-based role, giving you the freedom to manage your properties independently – no office to commute to, just you, your portfolio and the flexibility to organise your day.

You’ll be responsible for 38 residential properties across Salford, Fallowfield, and Old Trafford, ensuring compliance, maintaining high standards and delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring compliance with safety and legal requirements
• Conduct regular property inspections and address maintenance issues promptly
• Be the main point of contact for landlords, tenants, contractors, and suppliers
• Resolve queries, disputes, and complaints efficiently
• Produce reports, maintain accurate records, and monitor performance KPIs
• Coordinate maintenance schedules, contractor work, and emergency repairs
• Support finance tasks including rent collection, invoicing, and budgeting
• Contribute to team initiatives to improve operational efficiency

What We’re Looking For:

• Property management experience or a related field
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proactive, solution-focused approach with attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a wider team
• Confident using mobile apps and property management software
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

Salary & Benefits:

• £30,000 per annum + £3,000 car allowance 
• Mileage paid at 28ppm
