Administrator

Our long established client is looking for an Admnistrator to join their team

Main Role Duties:

Ability to work unsupervised and in busy work environment 

(either as part of team or alone)

Using Office Software to input Jobs

Arranging completed works to be returned to Customers

Answering Phones and directing as accordingly

Working with Sales/Operations to plan engineers works.

Making sure Engineers have all relevant information for their workload

Assisting in other general office duties – supporting other colleagues (Hotel Bookings etc).

 
Family business working in Catering Industry based in Salford (2 Min Walk Weaste Tram Stop)
 

Hrs 9-5pm – There will be times when alone in office and locking up maybe required (Limited)

Salary 25 -27K
