Mortgage experience is not required, however a background in financial services, insurance or a similar regulated environment would be highly advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with members, managing inbound enquiries.
- Act as a subject matter expert on mortgage products.
- Conduct fact-finds with members, offering advice and recommendations to suit their needs.
- Provide detailed product information, highlighting benefits and encouraging engagement.

Salary & Hybrid Working:
- Starting salary of £25,500, with 3 contractual increases of £500 each.
