About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Property Manager Team Leader to join our team and play a key role in delivering an exceptional property management service.
You will lead, support and develop a team of Property Managers, ensuring they have the knowledge, tools and guidance needed to provide outstanding service to landlords, tenants and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
As Property Manager Team Leader, you will:
Lead and support a team of Property Managers, providing day-to-day guidance, coaching and mentoring.

Monitor team performance against agreed KPIs, service levels and customer satisfaction targets.
Conduct regular one-to-one meetings, performance reviews and development conversations.
Support team members with complex landlord, tenant and contractor queries.

About You
We are looking for someone who:
Has previous experience leading or supervising a property management, lettings, housing or customer service team.
Has a strong understanding of property management processes and customer service delivery.

Has excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills.

This is a key role within the compliance function, supporting the business during a period of growth and helping to ensure the highest standards of regulatory compliance, governance and risk management are maintained.

About You

You will ideally have:
Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (DipPFS, DipFA or equivalent)
Experience working within a Compliance Manager, Senior Compliance Officer, Compliance Monitoring or similar role
Strong knowledge of FCA regulations and financial advice standards
Experience conducting file reviews, monitoring activity and risk assessments
Understanding of compliance frameworks, governance and regulatory requirements
Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
The ability to interpret complex regulations and provide practical solutions to the business
