We are currently dealing with a full-time, permanent vacancy based for a very well-established property management company.

The successful candidate will be initially based from home during lock down with a view to be based partly from home and partly from the company’s office in Dundee once restrictions ease

The successful candidate will be a key member of the Move Out Team.
Processing tenant deposit at the end of their tenancy.
Advising tenants correctly and efficiently of any deductions from their deposit and providing the appropriate evidence backing the deposit claim.
Advising tenants efficiently of any deductions
Ensuring customer service levels remain high at all times
Reviewing check out reports
Dealing with tenant objections
Issuing correct evidence to Safe Deposit Scotland and Tenancy Deposit Scheme
Maintaining consistency of work

Salary: £20,000 – £22,000 + Excellent Benefits + Lots of Training and Development Opportunities (company are Investors in People Accredited)
