Our client is a leading household textile distribution company, due to their continued growth they are looking to recruit 2x Customer Advisors to join their successful team on a full-time, permanent basis
The successful candidates will work within the Customer Service Department, providing comprehensive support to a variety of customers including retailers as well as direct customers
- Receiving and processing orders
- Resolving customer queries
- Chasing deliveries
- Keeping customers updated of order progress
- Preparing spreadsheets including pivot tables via MS Excel
- Updating and maintaining the CRM system
Very good working knowledge of MS Excel – Essential
Excellent customer service skills – Essential
Hours; 8am – 4.30pm or 8.30am – 5pm Monday to Friday
Salary; £20,000 + Free Car Parking + Discounts on Products
