Are you passionate about the travel industry and committed to delivering exceptional customer service? We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual from a travel agency background to join our team as an Aftersales Customer Service Executive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the Customer Service Manager and team members to ensure outstanding customer service for our cruise packages.
  • Handle customer inquiries, including travel bookings, payment processing, and general travel information.
  • Manage post-booking administration tasks related to travel arrangements.
  • Implement changes to travel bookings as needed, ensuring meticulous attention to detail.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to provide information about their travel bookings and assist with any modifications.
  • Fulfill post-sale activities essential for the company's travel operations.
  • Work both independently and as part of a team to ensure exceptional travel service delivery.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in the travel sector is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Strong attention to detail and precision in handling travel quotes and bookings.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time or Part-time
Salary: £26,000.00 - £28,000.00 per year
