Branch Manager (Hebrew Speaker) required for our well established and respected client for their retail branch in Stamford Hill N16.
A dynamic company offering bespoke communication solutions for both businesses and consumers, with a B2B team who travel across the UK to clients and three retail branches in London and Manchester.
As the Retail Branch Manager, you will be responsible for manage the retail branch in N16, in addition to the day-to-day retail sales activities. The successful candidate will elevate company standards, lead by example, and provide excellent customer service. You will work closely with the Department Heads and other Retail Branches, ensuring that staff are trained on product specifications and ensuring our customers receive the best service that we pride ourselves upon.
Key responsibilities:
1. Ensure you and your team greet and welcome customers into the branch and assess their needs
2. Ensure the team are fully trained and are providing all relevant information on our products and services
3. Meet branch sales targets by creating an atmosphere that builds customer confidence with honesty and transparency
4. Ensure you and your team are cross selling products and services across our portfolio
5. Ownership of the branch including stock management, shifts planning, ensuring the branch is always adequately staffed
6. Responsible for keeping the branch tidy, presentable, and adequately stocked at all times
7. Be sales savvy and look after our key local accounts
8. Maintain customer confidentiality and security
9. Act as a point of escalation internally for Retail customer queries, and complete manager tasks and activities
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Team Leader or Manager
• Strong Retail skills
• Technologically savvy
• Strong written and verbal skills

• Must be able to multitask and work under pressure

Work Week: Monday – Thursday: 09:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Friday: 9:30 AM – 2:00 PM
Sunday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM on a rotational basis
