Are you an organised individual with experience woirking in a medical environment? We’re working with a specialist cosmetic clinic dedicated to providing exceptional patient support, and we’re looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to guide individuals through their treatment with care and professionalism
What You’ll Be Doing:
Acting as a key point of contact for patients, providing clear guidance, answering queries and ensuring they feel comfortable and informed.
Scheduling and coordinating appointments to ensure a seamless experience.
Handling sensitive information securely, maintaining accurate records, and updating databases.
Working closely with medical professionals and support teams to deliver the highest standard of care.
Managing essential paperwork, processing prescriptions, and ensuring compliance with procedures.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in a medical, healthcare or similar environment.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to reassure and support individuals.
Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and care.
What’s on Offer?
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 per annum
Hours: Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours per week
