Description

We’re seeking a dedicated Office Coordinator to join our team in Salford Quays. As a Office Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing patient enquiries, responding to prospect patient enquiries, scheduling call-backs, composing patient letters and matching patients with suitable therapists.
 
Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a primary point of contact for queries from patients, managing day to day contact through various communication channels inbound, outbound and digital.
  • Crafting professional letters and responses to clients and patients, including therapist notes, ensuring accuracy and clarity in communication.
  • Answering incoming calls to the department, responding to general enquires relaying messages to appropriate team members.
  • Ensure accurate recording of all patient notes and activities on the Customer Relationship Management Database (CRM) and in compliance with Data Protection requirements and other applicable regulations.
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of treatments within relevant therapy areas.

Requirements:

  • Exemplary attention to detail: Proficient in crafting professional letters and responses to clients and patients, including therapist notes, ensuring accuracy and clarity in communication.
  • Previous experience in a coordinator, administrative or Customer Service role.
  • Excellent attention to detail, previous experience composing response to clients
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage enquiries with empathy and professionalism.
  • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and data protection regulations.
